Our clients were looking for a large modern family home in the area, but with a limited budget, needed to settle on a house that needed work. Armed with trade skills to utilise and an eagerness to roll the sleeves up, the renovation strategy suited them perfectly.

We came across a very solid double brick home on a large level block, located in a prestigious residential pocket. Having passed in at auction, and the end of the year fast approaching, we negotiated a great purchase price which allowed our clients surplus funds to spend on the renovation.

Our clients decided to sell after the renovation, to roll their funds into a larger home by the beach.
